Call Warrior allows you to store voicemails that customers leave for you. To allow customers to leave a Voicemail, simply select the number and click Edit Call Flow. The voicemail applet appears on the right side and can be clicked and dragged into the flow. Once you’ve pulled Voicemail into the flow, you can select the message that you want the customer to hear before they leave their message. You may have the system read a message, or you can play your own recorded message. You may also select who will receive the voicemail from your list of users.
