Call Warrior allows you to set up a fully-featured menu that any callers can take advantage of. Choose the number that you’d like to be given a menu option from inside and select Edit Call Flow. From inside the flow menu, the Menu option will be the first applet to appear on the right side of the screen. Once you’ve dragged the menu into the flow, you can easily edit the action that corresponds to the choices that your customers make. With the help of the graphical interface, you can create an entire map that directs a caller, based on their choices, to enter a conference, hear a greeting, receive a message from the system or leave a voicemail.
Call Warrior also allows you to have multiple menu sets based on different times of the day. It’s that easy!
