Call Warrior allows you to offer exclusive options to specific IDs. Not only will this make it easier for employers and administrators to navigate the phone system, but it will also allow the system to prioritize calls for you. Now, you can set most numbers to go to the menu, while select others are forwarded directly to the person they need to speak with. You can even set multiple caller IDs to be directed to different options.
To enable Caller ID routing, select the phone number you are receiving on, and select Edit Call Flow. The Caller ID Routing applet can be dragged into the flow from the menu on the right. Once Caller ID Routing has been pulled into the flow, you will be given the option of editing the system actions. Caller IDs are identified by their originating number. Type those numbers into the menu, and you can then create a flow based on them exclusively. You may also redirect anyone who calls the number who does not appear in the Caller ID list.
